Recent Graduate candidates will work full-time with seasoned recruiters and account executives to gain a foundation for the IT industry ? from best recruiting practices to account management. Responsibilities: ? Participate in an informative 2-month training program with experienced Recruiters and Account Executives to boost your career in IT recruiting ? Work closely with a Team Lead to perfect your skills in sourcing, interviewing, and submitting candidates ? Gain experience cold calling, interacting and prospecting new business ? Gain a foundation for Optomi?s recruiting and sales process to eventually move into an Account Executive role
What does an Account Executive do for Optomi?
? Connect with clients/companies in your market to learn about their business needs and problems through phone calls, in-person meetings, coffees, lunches, etc.
? Develop strong partnerships with key clients/companies by informing them who Optomi is and what how we can be the ideal partner for their business needs
? Be the point-of-contact for all hiring needs between the client and recruiting team (interview feedback, updates, coordination, etc.)
? Maintain and constantly develop your own book of business through excellent written and verbal communication with clients
Basic Requirements: ? Bachelor?s degree or equivalent experience
