Remote Typist ? Data Entry Specialist (Work From Home)
Alliance Wealth Management Group is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Remote Typist ? Data Entry Specialist to join our growing team. This is a work-from-home opportunity that allows you to contribute to the success of a dynamic financial services company from the comfort of your own space. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately typing, entering, and updating important data across various systems and databases.
As a Data Entry Specialist, your attention to detail, excellent typing speed, and organizational skills will ensure smooth, accurate, and timely data entry, contributing directly to our operations and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities: ? Accurately transcribe and input financial and client data into our systems and databases. ? Ensure timely and precise data entry to maintain updated and organized client files and financial records. ? Review and verify data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency. ? Correct any discrepancies or errors found during data entry or data review. ? Collaborate with team members to improve data entry processes and identify areas for efficiency. ? Maintain confidentiality and integrity of sensitive financial and personal information. ? Assist in administrative tasks related to data entry as required. ? Meet deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively in a remote environment.
Qualifications: ? High school diploma or equivalent (Associate?s or Bachelor?s degree preferred). ? Proven experience in data entry or typing roles. ? Strong typing speed (at least 50 words per minute with high accuracy). ? Excellent attention to detail and ability to focus on accuracy. ? Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with data entry software. ? Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote setting. ? Excellent written and verbal communication skills. ? Previous experience in the financial, wealth management, or similar industry is a plus, but not required.

? Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
? Strong time-management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
? Comfortable working from home with a self-disciplined, proactive work ethic.
