Be the go-to voice of assistance, connecting with customers about hunting and fishing licenses, permits, camping reservations, and park passes all from the comfort of your own home!
Perks that Pack a Punch: Competitive starting pay of $13 per hour. Eligibility for variable compensation to potentially earn an additional $250 - $500 per month. Work remotely with essential tools provided. Comprehensive paid training for success. Adventure kicks off in April! Responsibilities: Handle 98% inbound calls no sales quotas! Assist with license/permit purchases, camping reservations, and park passes. Answer inquiries on rules and regulations, navigating wildlife agency websites. Provide application/website support and basic troubleshooting. Process license/permit sales and assist with fulfillment. Hero support for Point-of-Sale agents' hardware and application issues. Embrace exciting duties assigned by a supervisor. Requirements: Previous experience in customer service and data entry. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Outgoing personality with the ability to develop working relationships with customers and client Users. Confident computer skills and the ability to use multiple systems while answering calls Reliable and dependable with the ability to share the schedule to support weekends and early evening shifts. Internet speeds of 10Mbps or higher (must be able to demonstrate during interview process) High school diploma or GED required. Workspace free from distractions, excessive noise, and interruptions. Eligibility: Candidates undergo a thorough background check, including a fingerprint check for specific projects. Clear criminal background ensures compliance and trust with state agency partners.
