Responsibilities: Respond to inquiries and provide property information. Schedule and conduct on-site property tours. Guide potential tenants through the leasing process. Maintain communication with property management.
Requirements: Excellent communication and customer service skills. Reliable transportation for in-person tours. Ability to work independently and meet goals. Prior experience in leasing, sales, or customer service is a plus.
Compensation & Additional Details:
Commission-based role (no base salary).
Travel expenses are not covered.
If relocating to Boston, rent or relocation expenses are not provided.
