Airbnb Guest Communications Specialist
We are seeking a Guest Communications Specialist to handle all guest interactions for our Airbnb properties. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing prompt, professional, and friendly communication to ensure a seamless guest experience from booking to check-out. This role requires strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple guests at once.
Key Responsibilities: Guest Communication: Respond to inquiries, reservation requests, and messages promptly and professionally. Reservation Management: Assist with booking confirmations, modifications, and cancellations as needed. Check-in & Check-out Support: Provide guests clear and accurate instructions for self-check-in and check-out procedures. Issue Resolution: Address guest concerns, complaints, and special requests efficiently to ensure a positive experience. Review & Feedback Management: Encourage positive reviews and professionally handle any negative feedback. Coordination with Cleaning & Maintenance Teams: Communicate guest check-in/check-out times and any reported issues to ensure the property is well-maintained.
Requirements: Proven experience in Airbnb customer service, hospitality, or short-term rental management. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to remain professional and calm under pressure. Experience using Airbnb, property management software (Guesty, Hospitable, Vrbo, Booking.com) or similar platforms. Ability to multitask and manage multiple guest interactions at once. Availability for flexible hours, including weekends or peak travel times.
