The eCommerce Account Manager for Amazon at Delta Faucet Company is a pivotal role designed for a dynamic and analytical individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. This role requires a deep understanding of eCommerce channel dynamics, particularly within the Amazon platform, to effectively influence brand awareness and drive profitable growth. In this role, the Account Manager will report directly to the Director of Omnichannel Retail Sales and will collaborate with a cross-functional team dedicated to supporting the company's largest online customer. The position involves working closely with various departments, including senior management, customers, and vendors, to ensure a cohesive approach to omni-channel strategies. The Account Manager will also play a key role in navigating channel conflicts and aligning internal and external stakeholders with the company's strategic goals. The responsibilities include leading the deployment of growth initiatives, optimizing pricing and promotional strategies, and enhancing operational execution through improved fulfillment capabilities. The Account Manager will utilize a suite of analytics tools to make data-driven decisions and will be expected to lead meetings that drive engagement and accountability across projects. This role is not only about managing accounts but also about being a strategic partner who can negotiate customer programs and optimize the digital shelf presence for the brand.

Responsibilities
• Develop and execute profitable Amazon business; deliver value through revenue growth, margin sustainment and market share gains
,
• Lead deployment of key growth levers including promotional planning and execution, performance metrics, and market trends
,
• Align and implement sales goals and priorities with key internal and external decision-makers
,
• Strategically negotiate customer programs for profitable growth
,
• Optimize price, promotion, advertising, and supply chain to earn strong organic placement on the digital shelf
,
• Optimize operational execution through the development of new operations and fulfillment capabilities
,
• Lead internal and customer-facing meetings to drive engagement and accountability on projects; independently resolve escalated issues
,
• Utilize suite of analytics tools to make data driven decisions
,
• Collaborate with Director, Amazon (Delta Faucet) and online account leaders to drive a cohesive online strategy for Delta Faucet Company
,
• Develop strong working knowledge of the Amazon Advertising (Sponsored Products, DSP, OTT) and full funnel marketing

Requirements
• BS in Business, Marketing, or related field
,
• 5+ years of related experience in eCommerce Account Management
,
• Experience with a major omnichannel retail customer, preferably working with Amazon on the Vendor, Seller or Agency side
,
• Strong Financial Acumen
,
• Self-starter with the ability to quickly translate data into actionable information
,
• Capacity to effectively form relationships and influence at all levels of the organization
,
• Highly motivated and able to resourcefully solve problems
,
• Ability to multitask and prioritize to manage multiple projects to execution
,
• Thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Nice-to-haves
