We are a rapidly expanding, family-owned company seeking a remote, part-time Customer Support Representative to join our team! Our innovative online platform offers an over-the-counter dental product and solution that enhances the quality of life for denture wearers. This role has potential for growth, and to transition into a full-time position.
- Responsibilities
- Answer and make customer calls to provide product application guidance, step-by-step assistance, and support with order placement.
- Troubleshoot and resolve product or application issues, concerns, and complaints.
- Meticulously document and update customer follow-up records.
- Collaborate with the team to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Manage social media advertising and engagement.
