- What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee digital marketing efforts, including SEO, paid advertising (PPC), webinar strategy, social media, and website management
- Develop and implement promotional strategies to drive webinar registrations and engagement
- Monitor and optimize website performance and user experience for better conversion paths
- Expand the global leadership and sales academy community while converting followers to paid members
- Analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize strategies and campaigns
- What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3-6+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience as an individual contributor, ideally in marketing leadership training programs
- Experience in copywriting, webinar marketing, social media, SEO, and PPC
- Technical proficiency in social media marketing channels and tools, including Google Analytics
- Strong copywriting skills with an understanding of conversion rate optimization
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Established relationships/contacts nationally and internationally for immediate gig opportunities
- Understanding of international markets and cultural nuances for adapting marketing strategies
