Remote Call Center Sales Manager (Call Center Turnaround)

We’re looking for a high-output, sales-minded leader who knows how to turn a messy, underperforming remote call center into a machine that converts leads into revenue fast. Typically a one call close.
This is not a plug-and-play role.
This is not for someone looking to “maintain.”
This is for a builder. A fixer. A driver.
You’ll take over a remote team handling Motor Vehicle Accident leads and converting them into signed legal cases for top law firms. The current team is disorganized. Processes are inconsistent. The opportunity is massive but only for someone who knows how to drive performance, install structure, and lead with discipline.
- What You’ll Own:
- Call Center Rebuild: Audit the current team, rebuild with elite closers.
- Remote Sales Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a fully remote team. Train with intent. Motivate with urgency. Enforce standards relentlessly.
- KPI-Driven Culture: Set and track daily/weekly/monthly goals across performance metrics (lead contact rate, conversion %, close time, etc.).
- Process & SOP Development: Build clear workflows and accountability loops. Implement structure that scales.
- Technology & CRM Oversight: Evaluate and roll out tools that streamline productivity and improve visibility.
- Reporting & Analytics: Deliver clear, real-time reports to leadership with zero fluff—just action-oriented data.
- Sales Strategy: Optimize scripts, talk tracks, and conversion strategies to increase revenue per lead.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, intake, and executive teams to ensure alignment across lead flow, quality, and performance.
- You’ll Thrive Here If You:
- Have 7+ years managing remote sales teams—bonus if you’ve worked legal intake, lead gen, or call centers
- Have rebuilt teams, processes, and playbooks from scratch
- Know how to hire, fire, and train with confidence and speed
- Think in dashboards, track KPIs, and drive performance from data
- Move quickly and communicate clearly under pressure
- Are obsessed with outcomes, not effort
- Have experience implementing CRMs, dialers, and reporting systems (e.g. Convoso, Five9, GHL.)
