Call Center Agent ( Remote )
Baca Consulting Group is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Call Center Agent to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing excellent customer service, and resolving customer inquiries in a timely manner.
- Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Make outbound calls to follow up on customer requests
- Provide information about products and services
- Resolve customer complaints and issues
- Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
- Meet or exceed call center metrics such as call quality and resolution time
- Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a call center or customer service role
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
