- What will you do?
- Respond to customers over Slack and email within 1 hour. They might be reporting bugs, having trouble onboarding, or asking about strategy using our product
- Become a domain and product expert so you can advise customers
- Helping me, the CEO, make sure customers are onboarded and activated within 30 days of starting with us
- Track customer activity and re-engage customers who are showing signs of not fully using our product
- Scope out other users in a company for expansion opportunities
- Identify bugs or less than ideal experiences in the product
- Work with the engineering team to check that new features and releases work as expected for customers
- About you
- You are in the top 5% of people in terms of being organized, diligent, and responsible
- You have native English fluency and great communication skills
- You are customer-oriented and want to see them succeed
- You have basic software engineering experience but don’t want to code. This role does not require coding but does require some level of technical understanding and debugging to communicate bugs from customers or fix them quickly yourself (making edits in a database, use internal tools, make small code changes with the help of ChatGPT)

- You are good with dealing with customers
- You will be comfortable debugging basic technical issues. You will need to know your way around Developer Console in Chrome or write queries in MongoDB. We can teach you how to do it but you should be able to follow along.

- You are not responsible - this is a customer facing role
- You don’t like interacting with people
- You have no ability to do basic technical debugging
- Requirements
- Science or Engineering degree (preferably Computer Science) or equivalent experience
- Excellent English communication skills, especially written abilities with customer-facing communication
- Logistics
- You will work evening shifts to have better coverage over US timezones (where 95% of our customers are present): 5 pm to 1 am IST
- Remote work is fine. Located in Bangalore slightly preferred
