- 7-10 years of experience in program management, ideally within talent acquisition or recruitment operations
- Proven track record of driving process improvement and implementing strategic initiatives
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with ATS, CRM, and other recruiting technologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
