Airbnb Guest Communications Specialist
We are seeking a Guest Communications Specialist to handle all guest interactions for our Airbnb properties. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing prompt, professional, and friendly communication to ensure a seamless guest experience from booking to check-out. This role requires strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple guests at once.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Communication: Respond to inquiries, reservation requests, and messages promptly and professionally.
- Reservation Management: Assist with booking confirmations, modifications, and cancellations as needed.
- Check-in & Check-out Support: Provide guests clear and accurate instructions for self-check-in and check-out procedures.
- Issue Resolution: Address guest concerns, complaints, and special requests efficiently to ensure a positive experience.
- Review & Feedback Management: Encourage positive reviews and professionally handle any negative feedback.
- Coordination with Cleaning & Maintenance Teams: Communicate guest check-in/check-out times and any reported issues to ensure the property is well-maintained.
- Requirements:
- Proven experience in Airbnb customer service, hospitality, or short-term rental management.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to remain professional and calm under pressure.
- Experience using Airbnb, property management software (Guesty, Hospitable, Vrbo, Booking.com) or similar platforms.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple guest interactions at once.
- Availability for flexible hours, including weekends or peak travel times.
