We are looking for a friendly and helpful Chat Support Agent to join our remote team! This is an entry-level position that does not require a college degree.
As a Chat Support Agent, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients by responding to their inquiries and concerns through our live chat platform. You will need to have strong communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a knack for problem-solving.
A successful candidate for this role will have the following qualifications:

- Familiarity with chat/messaging platforms
- Proficiency in English
