Job Description
As an Order Entry Pharmacy Technician with Remedi SeniorCare, you'll play a crucial role in our pharmacy operations. Your responsibilities will include swiftly and accurately entering prescriptions into our Remedi SeniorCare Framework/DocuTrack pharmacy system. Additionally, you'll communicate with customers over the phone, providing quick and courteous responses to their needs.
Location:Remote after training. must be willing to train onsite at 962 Dorset Rd, Troy, Oh 45373 for a minimum of 8 weeks.
Salary range: $18-$20/hour plus $2 shift differential
Schedule: 2nd shift: 3pm - 11:30pm, Monday - Friday, rotating holidays and weekends

Key Responsibilities:
- Under the guidance of a pharmacist and in compliance with State law, Order Entry Pharmacy Technicians will be responsible for:
- Efficient order entry and follow-up
- Troubleshooting prescription/patient data entry discrepancies
- Ensuring accurate and timely prescription/patient information input
- Collaborating with Order Entry leadership to meet department goals
- Providing exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
- Must work with urgency and timeliness
- Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Current registration as a Pharmacy Technician with the State Board of Pharmacy is preferred, but not required (good standing)
- Skills & Abilities:
- Strong computer skills
- Thorough understanding of medical terminology and drug knowledge
- Math and analytical skills, with a focus on calculations
- Minimum of two (2) years working in a long-term care pharmacy preferred but not required
