Live Chat Representative Remote Work From Home- Full Time/ Part Time

As a Live Chat Representative, you will be responsible for engaging with customers through our online chat platform to assist with inquiries, provide product information, and resolve any issues they may have. Your primary goal will be to ensure a positive customer experience and build strong relationships with our clients.

• Engage with customers through live chat to provide assistance and support

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries with a high level of professionalism and accuracy

• Provide product information and guidance to customers

• Resolve customer issues and escalate to the appropriate department when necessary

• Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers at all times

• Meet and exceed performance metrics and goals set by the company

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

• Customer service experience is a plus

• Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace

• High school diploma or equivalent

Salary for this position ranges from $17 to $33 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
