- Responsibilities
- Deliver best-in-class analytics and insights for the Consumer Digital Acquisition funnel. ,
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align analytics initiatives with business goals. ,
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration in complex, geographically dispersed environments. ,
- Leverage data insights to drive strategic decision-making and innovation. ,
- Build and maintain enterprise-level dashboards for performance monitoring. ,
- Customize dashboards to track key performance indicators and metrics. ,
- Design and conduct hypothesis tests and experiments to optimize user experience. ,
- Measure performance of A/B tests across web, native app, and hybrid platforms. ,
- Query and manipulate data using SQL Server and MySQL databases. ,
- Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources. ,
- Visualize data using Power BI and Tableau. ,
- Utilize programming languages such as Python and R. ,
- Work with data interchange formats including JSON and XML.
- Requirements
- Master's degree in Statistics, Actuarial Science, Management Information Systems, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing Analytics, or a related field. ,
- 2 years of experience with comprehensive data analytics and integration. ,
- 2 years of experience collaborating with marketing and product development teams. ,
- 2 years of experience facilitating cross-functional collaboration in complex environments. ,
- 2 years of experience leveraging data insights for strategic decision-making. ,
- 2 years of experience building and maintaining enterprise-level dashboards. ,
- 2 years of experience customizing dashboards for key performance indicators. ,
- 2 years of experience designing and conducting hypothesis tests and experiments. ,
- 2 years of experience measuring performance of A/B tests across various platforms. ,
- Experience querying and manipulating data using SQL Server and MySQL. ,
- Experience with ETL processes from various data sources. ,
- Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI and Tableau. ,
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and R. ,
- Familiarity with data interchange formats like JSON and XML.
