And we do it all with heart, each and every day.Position SummaryAetna, CVS Health is seeking a Product Owner to join our Aetna Interoperability Office team. As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for leading the implementation of functionality and capabilities in support of the electronic exchange of clinical data, with a focus on increased accessibility of data to improve the member, provider and internal colleague experience. You will be working across a highly collaborative environment to implement a product vision with a clear focus on providers and members, regulatory and end-user needs. You will assist with program strategy, and portfolio and planning initiatives. As part of the Interoperability team, you will work collaboratively with Business, Clinical, Architecture, Compliance, IT, and Legal to deliver technologies and processes that comply with government regulations and advance our strategy for electronic clinical data exchange. The desired candidate will have proven experience in either a project management, clinical data exchange, revenue integrity, quality, value-based care or product management, plus for candidates with a strong knowledge of working in a product life cycle in the healthcare industry. A successful candidate is comfortable working independently in an ambiguous, changing environment.Additional Responsibilities IncludeLead Product Deployment planning and executionManage request intake and support documentation of stories and featuresCollaborate with IT and Architects on incremental enhancement planningOutline solution objectives and business rationale to drive IT prioritizationIdentify gaps and recommend enhancements related to new and/or existing products, services and workflows based on broad view of the industryTrack and report on key project and program metrics to ensure successful progression of the overall portfolioCollaborate with other functional managers across the enterprise business segments to ensure workflow processes and interdependencies are identified and addressedInfluence change to improve performance results, organizational effectiveness, systems, quality and/or servicesThis role is a work from home/remote position and can be based anywhere in the United States.Required Qualifications4-7 years or more of healthcare experienceAt least 3 years of Product Owner, Scrum Master, and/or Business Analyst experience, toAt least 3 years of experience as a Project Manager and/or Program Manager with a proven track record of managing complex projects, orAt least 3 years of experience in a subject matter area fueling need for clinical data exchange and interactivity between providers and payersExecutive presentation skills and knowledge of PowerPointAbility to effectively coordinate multiple projects simultaneously with competing prioritiesDemonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skillsExcellent oral and written communication skillsPreferred QualificationsCertification in SAFe Agile, Six Sigma, Product Management professional or Project Management professionalMedicare, Medicaid or Commercial Health Plan experienceKnowledge of Value-Based Care, population health, and/or data exchange programsEducationBachelor's degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification.Anticipated Weekly Hours40Time TypeFull timePay RangeThe Typical Pay Range For This Role Is$54,300.00 - $119,340.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
