Magellan Solutions USA is a veteran-owned Call Center and BPO company with a track record of performance. Magellan is actively recruiting for a full-time Call Center Representative opportunity for a Federal client in Palo Alto, California.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
? Schedule
? Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday
? Shift Hours : 3:30pm - 12am
? * Please kindly note that all potential candidates must be flexible. May be asked to work a different shift from time to time.
? Answers incoming calls and communicates with clients with respect, courtesy, empathy, tact, and professionalism.
? Troubleshoots situations accurately, quickly, and efficiently for customers on the phone.
? Maintains an above-average attendance record.
? Follows established standard operating procedures
Qualifications/Requirements
? A high school diploma is required.
? At least one year of call center experience is required.
? Can be a team player.
? Can work without direct supervision.
? Can work well with medical staff, veterans, and the elderly.
? Has a good work ethic
? Outstanding verbal communication skills (phone etiquette).
? Detail-oriented, can multi-task, and is highly organized.
? Strong Microsoft Office skills.
? Must be flexible
