Part - Time Administrative Assistant - Flexible hours
Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our team with various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have proficiency in Excel spreadsheets, experience with social media management, and the ability to create engaging newsletters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Excel Management:
- Create, maintain, and analyze spreadsheets to track data and support team projects.
- Assist with data entry, organization, and reporting.
- Social Media Management:
- Develop and schedule posts for our Facebook page to enhance engagement and reach.
- Monitor social media channels for audience interaction and respond as needed.
- Newsletter Creation:
- Design and distribute monthly newsletters to keep our audience informed about updates, events, and promotions.
- Collaborate with team members to gather content and ensure alignment with our brand voice.
- General Administrative Support:
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and assist with various clerical tasks as needed.
- Support team members with special projects and assignments.
Qualifications:
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Office Suite applications.
- Experience with social media platforms, particularly Facebook.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Skills:
- Previous experience in an administrative or similar role.
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms and newsletter design tools.
- Creative mindset with a passion for digital communication.
