Are you a strategic team leader with excellent communication abilities? As our new IT Portfolio Manager, you will be the authority for an assigned service portfolio, offering your expert opinion on project portfolio process, progress, risks, and challenges. You will develop implementation plans, analyze portfolio performance, and recommend changes to achieve goals and proactively identify opportunities for improvement, all in support of OIT's strategic plan. Some of your important job duties will include: Managing relationships across OIT, customers, and vendors to develop a thorough understanding of core business functions.Representing the Enterprise PMO to agency leaders, explaining and advocating for EPMO processes.Providing leadership for your team, mentoring them on tasks and helping them remove barriers inhibiting progress.Leading project intake efforts for assigned portfolios.Understanding the project portfolio and its associated progress, risks, and challenges.Analyzing key trends and issues from complex detailed information.Budgeting and resource management.Ensuring processes, projects and service requests are executed as designed.

All remote work must be performed in Colorado. While candidates from out of state will be considered for this role, the candidate selected for the position must relocate and reside in Colorado on the first day of their new position.
