You will play a crucial role in providing high-quality support and ensuring customer satisfaction through live chat interactions. Your main responsibility will be to understand the customers' needs and provide efficient and effective solutions in a timely manner.Key Responsibilities
• Respond to customer inquiries and technical issues via live chat
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to our products and services
• Document and track customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system
• Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex issues
• Conduct follow-up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved
• Keep up-to-date with our products and services to provide accurate and helpful information to customers
• Identify and suggest process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction
• Meet and exceed set performance metrics, including response time, first call resolution, and customer satisfaction ratings
Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or technical support role
• Proficiency in written and verbal communication
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with CRM software is preferred
• Knowledge of technology and engineering services is a plus
