About the position

Coke Florida is seeking a Sales Merchandiser to join their team, primarily based in Fort Myers and surrounding areas. This full-time position involves stocking, replenishing, and merchandising Coca-Cola products while providing excellent customer service. The role requires working early shifts, five days a week, including weekends, and involves significant physical activity.

    Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain product displays and equipment placements in compliance with company standards.

  • Maintain appropriate product inventory levels in beverage sections and throughout accounts.

  • Place timely, accurate orders per ad calendar to maintain inventory levels.

  • Manage back stock inventory levels and trade breakage in assigned accounts.

  • Meet customer service expectations through daily communication and problem resolution.

  • Maintain professional relationships with co-workers, customers, and shoppers.

  • Conduct store surveys and communicate account activities to appropriate parties.

    Requirements
  • High School diploma or GED required.
