- General Duties
- Provide customers with exceptional service via incoming calls, utilizing various systems and platforms.
- Answer a high volume of inbound customer calls to resolve customer issues, requests, and questions.
- Establish and maintain customer satisfaction.

- Minimum Requirements
- Ability to pass a criminal background check, drug screening, location verification and an internet speed test.
- Track Record of Excellent Attendance
- Prior customer service experience a plus
- Strong computer skills and typing proficiency.
- High school diploma or equivalent experience.
- Reliable Cell Phone for VPN Connection.
