- Description:
- Develop, implement, and manage DoorDash's compensation strategy
- Provide leadership in scaling compensation programs
- Guide the development of DoorDash's compensation programs
- Serve as a strategic partner and compensation expert
- Ensure compliance with reporting and regulatory requirements
- Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Math or a related field
- 8+ years of experience focused on developing and scaling compensation programs
- Ability to translate vision into executable strategy
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills and strong communicator
- Strong business acumen, data analysis skills, and understanding of equity/stock compensation
- Comfortable with emerging HR technologies
