Job Overview
- Take ownership of end-to-end Walmart marketplace optimization and advertising campaigns for our growing client portfolio. In this strategic role, you’ll work directly with the founder to implement proven systems while managing complete backend operations for client accounts. You’ll leverage cutting-edge e-commerce tools to drive client success through strategic listing optimization, advertising campaign management, and inventory forecasting. This position offers unique exposure to the rapidly expanding Walmart marketplace ecosystem and the opportunity to shape the success of both our agency and our clients.ResponsibilitiesProduct Listing Review & Enhancement
- Optimize product titles, bullet points, and descriptions for keyword alignment and conversion
- Batch Listing Creation & Upload
- Create and update listings using Walmart item setup templates
- Perform bulk uploads and troubleshoot errors
- Inventory Monitoring & Forecasting
- Track stock levels and flag low inventory
- Forecast for upcoming sales events, campaigns, and ad promotions
- Walmart Ad Integration Support
- Align listing content with ad campaigns and keyword targets
- Recommend changes based on CTR, ROAS, and campaign trends
- Brand Management Support
- Ensure visual and content consistency across listings
- Assist with seasonal updates and promotional messaging
- Creative Graphic Support
- Design basic visuals using Canva (or Photopea, Pixlr, Fotor, VistaCreate)
- Help improve infographics, feature callouts, or image sets
- Project & Task Management
- Track tasks and deadlines using tools like ClickUp, Trello, or Google Sheets
- Follow established SOPs and processes
- Performance Monitoring
- Analyze listing performance metrics (traffic, conversion, rankings)
- Provide feedback and updates based on ongoing performance data
- Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in e-commerce marketplace management or related digital marketing role
- Minimum 6 months experience with Walmart Seller Center or 1+ year experience on Amazon Marketplace
- Demonstrated proficiency with e-commerce optimization tools (e.g., Helium 10)
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in SEO and keyword optimization
- Proven track record in PPC advertising management
- Excellence in written and verbal English communication
- Ability to work independently while following established processes
- Experience with Walmart Marketplace preferred but not required
- Demonstrated ability to learn new platforms and adapt to evolving e-commerce landscapes
