We are currently expanding our team of experienced Senior Recruiters and Interviewers to support our ongoing search engagements. This is a flexible, ad hoc, remote, part-time opportunity suitable for professionals seeking supplemental project work with autonomy, challenge, and purpose.

Position Overview

This is a part-time, ad hoc, virtual opportunity for seasoned talent acquisition professionals. As a Senior Recruiter with ePraxis, you will support retained executive searches by conducting candidate outreach, interviews, assessments, and related project activities. The role is designed for independent, self-directed contributors who can engage in high-touch recruitment work on an as-needed basis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct targeted outreach to executive-level candidates through LinkedIn, email, and direct contact
  • Schedule and conduct virtual interviews (video or phone), typically 20–45 minutes in length
  • Record detailed observations and assessments in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Prepare candidate briefs and scoring rubrics for internal review
  • Maintain ongoing communication with candidates to ensure engagement and alignment
  • Collaborate with search leaders on role requirements, search strategy, and candidate fit
  • Apply discernment, emotional intelligence, and business acumen to evaluate senior leaders

Qualifications

Required

  • Minimum of 7 years of senior-level recruiting or executive search experience
  • Bachelor's degree in business, HR, psychology, organizational development, or a related field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High emotional intelligence and proven discernment in evaluating executive talent
  • Access to a reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional home-office setup
  • Strong organizational and time management skills

Preferred

  • SHRM-CP/SCP certification or equivalent HR accreditation
  • Previous experience in retained executive search or boutique search firms
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and video conferencing tools
  • Prior exposure to psychometric assessments or leadership evaluation methodologies

Engagement Model

  • Assignments are issued on a project basis and may include interview blocks over several days
  • Candidate interviews are typically scheduled at mutually convenient times, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
  • Recruiters are expected to be responsive, proactive, and accountable for assigned deliverables
  • All work is conducted remotely, with communication through email, video conferencing, and secure platforms
