Job Description

As a Social Media & Marketing Automation Specialist at Somfy, who is a leading brand for home automation in a building industry, you will co-create social media & marketing automation strategy for Eastern European Countries together with Marketing Team and based on local objectives. You will be responsible for managing social media accounts of all brands from Somfy Group including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and other platforms based on the strategy.

A part of your role will be also creating engaging content for marketing automation campaigns for each social media channel in line with company strategy and communication plan, you will closely work with local teams to respond end users requests. You will manage our company image and reputation in a cohesive way to achieve our marketing goals.

As a Social Media & Marketing Automation Specialist, we expect you to be up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to express our company’s views creatively.

Ultimately, you should be able to handle our social media presence ensuring high levels of web traffic and customer engagement.

    Resposibilities:
  • Analyze customer expectations based on past social media activity.
  • Monitor competitor activities.
  • Develop engaging social media content.
  • Define KPIs for social media campaigns.
  • Update social media content across all channels.
  • Engage with customers and followers.
  • Utilize social media marketing tools such as Facelift, Talkwalker, etc.
  • Monitor campaigns and analyze the data collected.
  • Establish relationships with social media influencers to build a strong network.
  • Create content or coordinate with external agencies or internal graphic designers to produce content.
  • Propose innovative ideas to enhance our social media presence, including exploring new channels and developing "out-of-the-box" content.
  • Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including senior management and external agencies.
  • Drive the marketing automation strategy for BA Eastern Europe.
  • Develop and manage marketing automation workflows.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance.
  • Manage marketing automation platforms.
  • Ensure data accuracy and compliance.
  • Collaborate with sales and content teams.
  • Optimize user journeys.
  • Prepare reports on campaign performance.
    Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3-4 years of experience as a digital leader or social media specialist.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing social media strategies.
  • In-depth knowledge of best practices across platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to craft engaging and creative content.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret social media metrics and insights.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced environment (social media enthusiast).
  • Proficiency in English and Polish.
  • Marketing or digital marketing degree preferred.
