Bookkeeper/Assistant
We are looking for Bookkeeper/Assistant will be responsible for managing day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, supporting financial operations, and providing administrative assistance. This dual role requires proficiency in accounting practices, data entry, and general office support to ensure smooth business operations.
- Key Responsibilities
- Record daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions.
- Process invoices, expense reports, and vendor payments.
- Assist with payroll processing and maintaining employee records.
- Prepare and generate financial reports (e.g., profit & loss statements, balance sheets).
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Zoho Books).
- Provide general administrative support, including scheduling, data entry, and document management.
- Coordinate with external accountants and auditors as needed.
- Support other departments with administrative tasks and special projects.
- Proven experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or administrative support.
- Proficiency in accounting software ( quickbooks online and desktop )
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- [Optional] Experience with payroll processing and financial reporting is a plus.
