Sales & Marketing Support Specialist (Work from Home)
Job Description:
As a Sales & Marketing Support Specialist, you’ll play a critical role in supporting our sales and marketing efforts. You’ll work closely with the VP of Business Development, collaborate across teams, and interact directly with prospective and current clients. Your day-to-day responsibilities will focus on assisting with proposal creation, lead follow-up, project coordination, and helping our agency move opportunities from prospect to long-term partner. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, an eye for detail, and a willingness to take initiative in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
- Duties & Responsibilities:
- Draft and format retainer-based proposals and pitch decks in collaboration with sales and marketing teams
- Follow up with prospects via email, calls, or HubSpot workflows to move deals forward
- Help maintain CRM data in HubSpot: entering notes, updating deal stages, logging activities
- Coordinate internal and external communications for new business initiatives Support marketing campaigns by ensuring alignment with sales goals (e.g., tracking leads, campaign performance, email follow-up sequences)
- Help schedule and prepare for prospect and client meetings, including agendas and recap notes
- Collaborate with account management to ensure smooth client handoffs and kickoff processes
- Assist with the development of sales enablement materials like one-pagers, case studies, and service overviews
- Reports directly to the VP of Business Development
- Qualifications:
- 2–5 years of experience in a sales support, marketing assistant, or client services role (agency experience is a plus)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; professional, clear, and persuasive
- Experience with HubSpot CRM and Google Workspace (Docs, Slides, Sheets)
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Confident interacting with clients and internal teams via email, Google Meet, and phone calls and text messages
- Self-starter with a problem-solving mindset and a collaborative attitude
- Must have the following:
- Own computer unit and backup;
- Stable postpaid internet connection and backup;
- Backup power supply.

- Experience building presentations and decks for sales purposes
- Familiarity with digital marketing concepts (SEO, PPC, email marketing, etc.)
