- The Applications Engineer III - Technical Support is responsible for ensuring optimal performance and operational quality of technical systems and software.
- This role includes remote implementation and maintenance of infrastructure, performing upgrades, diagnosing complex issues, and guiding users in system operation.
- The engineer will collaborate across product and organizational lines to resolve issues, communicate customer feedback to internal teams, and support various components such as servers, network devices, and security systems.
- Required Skills:
- 3-5+ years of experience as a Server Administrator with expertise in system management, maintenance, and troubleshooting
- Familiarity with managing certificates in enterprise environments
- Foundational networking experience, including diagnosing connectivity issues and supporting infrastructure
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex software and hardware issues in remote settings
- Strong communication and customer service skills to facilitate coordination between technical teams and end users
- Desired Skills:
- Experience with scripting and automation tools
- Familiarity with managing certificate infrastructures in enterprise environments
- Knowledge of infrastructure-level diagnostics across multiple platforms
Compensation:
Pay Range: $30.38-$43.40 Per HR
