Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated Help Desk Support professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills and excellent customer service abilities. You will be responsible for providing first-level technical support to end-users, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring efficient and effective resolution of problems with software applications.
- Responsibilities:
- Address user inquiries and requests through phone, email, or chat, providing timely and accurate technical support.
- Diagnose and resolve software application issues.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the development team.
- Maintain detailed records of user interactions, problems, and resolutions in the help desk system.
- Provide basic training to users on software applications and systems.
- Ensure follow-up on open issues and communicate status updates to users.
- Requirements:
- Proven experience in a help desk support or technical support role.
- Proficiency in Windows and Mac OS, Microsoft Office Suite, Jira and Service Now.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve technical problems effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills with friendly and professional demeanor.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with users and team members.
- Associate or Bachelor’s in Information Technology, Computer Science. Additional technical certifications or degrees are a plus.
