Tenacity Clean LLC is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Airbnb Cleaner to join our team in Savannah, GA. As a cleaning company that serves numerous individuals in the community, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional cleaning services that enhance the guest experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that Airbnb properties are cleaned to the highest standards, creating a welcoming environment for guests. This position requires a commitment to quality and a passion for hospitality, as you will be the last touchpoint for guests before they check in. In this role, you will be tasked with a variety of cleaning responsibilities that include washing and changing linens, cleaning kitchens and bathrooms, restocking consumables, and ensuring that all areas of the property are tidy and presentable. You will need to pay attention to detail, as guests expect a clean and comfortable space during their stay. The position is full-time, with expected hours of around 30 per week, and may require working weekends and night shifts as needed. You will be working in person at various locations in Savannah, GA, and must be able to commute to these sites. The successful candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent time management skills, and the ability to work independently. You will be expected to follow a checklist to ensure that all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and thoroughly. This is an entry-level position, making it a great opportunity for individuals looking to start a career in hospitality or cleaning services.
- Responsibilities
- Wash & Change linen: Strip used linen, bed sheets, towels, bathmats and tea towels, and replace with fresh. ,
- Clean Kitchen: Wash and put away any dishes left out, empty dishwasher, check other appliances are empty and clean, check fridge for leftover items, wipe down kitchen benches, clean and polish sink taps, and empty bins. ,
- Clean Bathroom: Sanitize and clean toilet, shine sink and mirrors, spot clean shower, scrub glass shower screen, check drain holes, and empty bins. ,
- Re-stock consumables: Leave items for guests such as tea, coffee, paper towels, bin liners, dish soap, and toiletries. ,
- Dust, Tidy, Reset: Spot dusting throughout, check that guests haven't left anything behind, ensure all lights and appliances are working, tidy and reset areas, and arrange decor items. ,
- Sweep, vacuum and mop: Clean floors based on type and dirt level, and tidy outdoor areas.
- Requirements
- Driver's License is required for commuting to various locations. ,
- Experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred but not mandatory. ,
- Ability to perform physical tasks associated with cleaning, including lifting and moving items.
- Nice-to-haves
- Previous experience in residential cleaning or hospitality services is a plus. ,
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. ,
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
