    Responsibilities
  • Host virtual meetings with clients who have already requested insurance information
  • Guide clients through insurance options and help them choose the most suitable coverage
  • Follow up with company-provided leads to build trust and close new business
  • Stay current on product offerings, industry changes, and compliance guidelines
  • Participate in online training sessions and ongoing coaching to sharpen your skills
  • Take ownership of your schedule and workload as a self-driven independent contractor
  • Represent Afortus with integrity, professionalism, and a strong commitment to client care
    Qualifications
  • You either have — or are willing to obtain — a valid life insurance license (we’ll help guide you through the process if needed)
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to connect well with others
  • Driven, coachable, and focused on reaching goals
  • Comfortable using digital platforms for virtual appointments, ZOOM, and client follow-ups
  • Capable of working independently and managing your time effectively
  • Previous experience in sales or customer service is a bonus, but not a requirement
  • Professional, ethical, and genuinely motivated to make a positive impact
  • Must have a dependable internet connection and access to a computer or laptop
