VP of Product Management (Remote- US Based)

Job Summary

As the Vice President of Product Management for our Association Solutions, you will serve as a visionary leader, driving the strategic direction and execution of our product portfolio. This role demands a strategic thinker who can connect product vision to execution and is willing to be hands-on in developing solutions that meet the evolving needs of associations.

    Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Vision: Define and communicate a compelling product vision that aligns with our mission to provide integrated software solutions for associations.
  • Product Roadmapping: Develop comprehensive, data-driven product roadmaps that address current challenges, such as outdated, highly customized products, and lead efforts to consolidate and modernize our offerings.
  • Methodology Implementation: Establish and implement robust product management methodologies and frameworks, creating a structured approach where none currently exist.
  • Competitive Positioning: Strategically position our products to effectively compete with major industry players, including Salesforce, by leveraging our unique value propositions.
  • Technical Collaboration: Work closely with engineering teams to ensure our products are built on scalable, flexible platforms like Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics, facilitating seamless integration and customization.
  • Revenue Optimization: Lead initiatives to enhance product features that drive customer engagement, satisfaction, and revenue growth.
  • Hands-On Leadership: Engage directly in product development processes, from ideation to launch, demonstrating a willingness to roll up your sleeves and lead by example.
    Requirements
  • Experience: At least 15 years in product management, with a minimum of 2 years in a VP or executive-level role within the SaaS or enterprise software industry.
  • Industry Expertise: Extensive knowledge of association management software and a deep understanding of the unique needs of associations, trade organizations, and professional societies.
  • Methodological Leadership: Proven experience in establishing and scaling product management methodologies and processes from the ground up.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics platforms, with the ability to guide technical teams in developing integrated solutions.
  • Strategic Insight: Ability to develop and execute strategies that position our products competitively in the market, particularly against major players like Salesforce.
  • Leadership Style: A visionary yet hands-on leader who is willing to engage directly in product development and problem-solving, without relying solely on delegating tasks to a team.

Salary Range Disclosure

The base range represents the low and high end of the Togetherwork salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on factors including, but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Togetherwork's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include discretionary bonuses, long term incentives, a flexible paid vacation/personal time policy, 6 weeks paid parental leave and more.

Salary Range

US Remote: $160,000- $230,000 USD per year plus bonus and equity.
