What you'll do: You’ll interact with customers via live chat on company websites and digital platforms. You’ll also document conversations, escalate issues when needed, and help maintain a positive digital experience for every customer.
Requirements: To get started, you’ll need a stable internet connection and access to a laptop, tablet, or phone. Basic English writing skills are essential since this is a written communication role. Prior experience in chat support or customer service is helpful but not required.
