Entry Level Customer Service Representative
We are looking to hire Customer Service Representatives to join our team! We provide comprehensive training and all of the necessary tools to become an expert in our Customer Service department.
- Customer Service Representative Duties:
- Contribute to team effort by achieving related results such as maintaining customer engagement standards, exceeding sales goals, assisting in ideas for team meetings, and adding to round table discussions with the sales department to increase customer satisfaction
- Answer customer inquiries regarding service issues, product troubleshooting, service questions, sales prices, and general client concerns
- Open new customer accounts and record confidential account information accurately, including address and contact information
- Renew or upgrade customer accounts as needed by following up with new customers regularly
- Encourage customers to leave feedback on the interaction on behalf of the customer service and sales team
- Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication to increase sales and customer acquisition for our clients
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution exceeds expectations
- Customer Service Representative Must Have:
- Ability to effectively communicate verbally and willing to expand on these abilities
- Quality focus on customer satisfaction and increasing sales for our clients
- Ability to excel and grow in a fast-paced, high-energy, collaborative environment
- Ambition to meet and exceed team and individual sales goals
- Master at multitasking under pressure and completing tasks promptly

- Capability to pick things up quickly and implement new skills instantly
- Education/Experience We Look For In A Customer Service Representative:
- A University/college degree in a related field is preferred but not required
- Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
- Familiarity with new technology is a plus
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, client-facing, retail or related industries preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $42,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
