Account Executive - Small Group Account Manager
- Description:
- Manage a book of business of Aetna Funding Advantage (AFA) and 51-100 Fully Insured, along with dental/vision.
- Act as the liaison between Brokers/GAs and cross-functional internal teams.
- Responsible for ensuring timely/successful delivery of customer renewals.
- Manage timely support for broker/customer inquiries.
- Required to communicate with internal and external parties telephonically and/or in person.
- May require travel to offsite locations for in-person meetings and training.
- Requirements:
- 3-5 years of client relationship experience within the Heath Insurance Industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
- Health & Life Insurance license.
- Medical, Dental and Pharmacy product experience.
- 2+ years Account Management, Health Insurance Industry experience.
