We are looking for a passionate, friendly, and professional individual to join our customer service team as a Remote Customer Service Associate.

Position Overview:
As a Customer Service Associate, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers via phone, email, and chat. You will play a vital role in providing exceptional service and helping our customers have a seamless experience with our products and services. Training will be provided, and we are looking for someone with a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.

    Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
  • Assist customers with product questions, orders, returns, exchanges, and other service-related issues.
  • Resolve customer concerns in a professional, timely, and efficient manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Provide information on company products and services as needed.
  • Follow up with customers as required to ensure issues are resolved.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Stay up-to-date on product offerings, policies, and company promotions.

    Qualifications:
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken), with excellent communication skills.

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.

  • Experience with Shopify is also a bonus, but not required
