What You’ll Do

- Assess client needs and recommend appropriate coverage options
- Clearly explain policy details, benefits, and pricing
- Guide clients through onboarding and application steps
- Customer Support & Policy Management
- Assist clients with policy questions, updates, and changes
- Maintain regular communication and help clients stay informed on renewals
- Deliver a consistent, high-quality service experience
- Claims Assistance
- Help clients start and manage claims efficiently
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client concerns
- Ensure policyholders understand timelines and expectations
- Administrative & Compliance Duties
- Maintain organized, compliant records and documentation
- Follow industry regulations and company procedures
- Track client communications, updates, and reports accurately
- What You Bring to the Table
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A client-first mindset with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in insurance, financial services, or customer service is a plus (but not required)
- Must be licensed or willing to obtain an insurance license upon hire (we can help you get started)
