Position Summary
The Revenue Operations (RevOps) Specialist is a key individual contributor on the Revenue Operations team within the Services department. This role is responsible for implementing and optimizing HubSpot environments and related systems to support client success. The Specialist applies foundational knowledge of CRM systems, marketing automation, data quality management, and business intelligence tools to deliver high-impact technical solutions. Working closely with RevOps Strategists, this position plays an integral role in executing projects, maintaining system integrity, and driving operational excellence across client engagements.

- Key Responsibilities
- Support client projects by configuring and optimizing HubSpot environments
- Implement systems and processes to uphold high data quality standards within client databases
- Manage technical aspects of HubSpot, including CRM architecture, automation workflows, reporting, and data synchronization
- Set up and maintain integrations with third-party platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, ZoomInfo, and GoToWebinar
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve technical challenges in diverse client environments
Professional Development Milestones
- Within 90 Days:
- Complete onboarding and become familiar with New Breed’s processes, tech stack, and internal stakeholders
- Earn required certifications in alignment with New Breed’s HubSpot Partner status and accreditations
- Begin contributing to client projects through collaboration and mentorship
- Within 6 Months:
- Independently manage a portfolio of client projects
- Collaborate regularly with peers to address technical problems and optimize solutions
- Within 1 Year:
- Demonstrate advanced proficiency in RevOps practices and HubSpot systems
- Work with manager to pursue further training and professional development aligned with team and individual goals
- Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience with HubSpot, specifically in CRM operations, workflows, and automation
- Working knowledge of inbound marketing and sales strategy
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, particularly Microsoft Excel
- Ability to communicate technical details clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong project and time management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities
- Flexible and adaptable mindset with openness to process changes and evolving platforms

Work Environment
This role offers remote, hybrid, or in-office work arrangements based out of our Burlington, VT headquarters at Hula Lakeside. Team members are expected to work standard business hours aligned to Eastern Time, with occasional flexibility for collaboration.
While travel is not a regular requirement, we create intentional opportunities to participate in company gatherings or work-related events a few times per year.
