Manager, Virtual Auto Damage Richardson, TX

We are seeking a high performing candidate to join our team as a Physical Damage Easy Photo Estimate (EPE) Manager. As a Physical Damage EPE Manager, you will be responsible for managing and leading our Easy Photo Estimate team. Responsibilities include evaluating and improving EPE key performance metrics, along with creating and implementing forward thinking changes, embracing claims innovation, and driving our EPE team to industry best in class performance levels.

This manager role requires: 12 months of recent leadership experience at a supervisor or manager level. Current GEICO Physical Damage leadership preferred. The position will require the selected candidate to work weekly from the Richardson, TX GEICO office, therefore the selected candidate must reside within a reasonable commutable distance to the Richardson, TX office or be willing to relocate to the area. Relocation assistance may be considered for the selected candidates.

· Must be able to obtain and maintain a driver’s license, certifications and permits in accordance with state and federal regulations, and company and departmental standards
· Must be able to lift and carry materials, equipment, etc. and lift them to and from vehicles and carry them up and down steps
· Must be able to exercise caution and awareness of surroundings while performing the essential duties of the position
· Must be able to successfully work in an independent and hybrid / virtual working environment with a team of remote associates in various time zones
· Must be able to answer questions and communicate with coworkers, customers and others in person, via mail, email, text, and phone
· Must be able to document files in a clear, concise, professional written manner, to be understood by customers, clients, co-workers and other employees of the organization
· Must be able to maintain a professional attitude and appearance at all times
· Must be able to speak in a clear, empathic and professional manner by telephone or in person.
· Must be able to handle stressful situations
· Must be able to learn and apply large amount of technical and procedural information

Working Conditions:
· Must utilize personal protective equipment as necessary
· Must be willing to work in indoor and outdoor environments, inclement weather, in dim or bright light and subject to adverse weather conditions and noise
· Must be willing to travel as needed for company requirements

Equipment and Vehicles (When assigned):
· Must have and maintain an acceptable driving record according to company policy and a valid state drivers license
· Must be able to drive the assigned vehicle for extended periods of time as needed
· Must be able to utilize laptops, Microsoft Office, web-based applications, cameras, hands free cellular devices, and calculators
· Must be able to perform duties in an automobile used as a mobile workstation
· If a fleet vehicle is currently assigned to the applicant, if selected, candidate would return Company fleet vehicle within 60 days of beginning the role.
