Our team leverages technological tools such a social media and internet platforms to carry out our objective of selling real estate in record volumes while helping client with their real estate transactions. THE POSITION: We’re looking for a SALES & CLIENT CARE ASSOCIATE as a Virtual Assistant to our operations. We look forward to this associate(s) to take ownership of contacting and convert leads that were generated by our Office Operations Manager, and maintain client relationship.
COMPENSATION:
A. Pay rate – The pay range offered is $3.75 - $6 per hour based on experience. This rate will apply for all hours worked.
- B. Bonus and Incentive – I. For Real Estate Transaction – In addition, we are offering $125.00 per number of transactions in a given month. The $125.00 incentive is a bonus based on performance and is paid month-end of the transaction date. II. For Tax & Accounting – These transactions command a $20.00 commission for each $500 increment of a consummated transaction’s invoice. III. For Livery & Transportation – Conversion of these leads commands a $3.00 commission for each $300.00 increment of a consummated transaction’s invoice.
- Performance to mean the number of transactions that derived as a result of the associate or members’ hard work to generate warm leads that convert into sales.
TOOLS AND SYSTEMS: ,Lofty (CRM), GHL, Facebook Ads system, Google Ads system, Podio, Google forms, CallTools, CallRail, Mojo
FUNCTIONS:
· Gather data pertaining to potential clients’ demographic details and pertinent.
· Grow and maintain our Clientele’s database
· Social media advertisement pertain to lead generation
· Client care and management
· Text campaign management
Responsibilities:
· Maintain social media and internet platforms in search of potential client leads
· Respond to leads’ request for service
· Search the MLS’ tax database for various list
· Maintain different list of leads in our database
· Create and management text campaign to buyers and sellers
· Skip-trace leads for more pertinent information.
· Create mailing list for post-cards
· Cold call prospects
· Call and follow-up on pass clients
· Periodic update and maintenance of CRM
· Appointment scheduling
· Assist with client in-bound calls and correspondences
