Agile PLM Training Coordinator

Summary:
The Agile PLM Training Coordinator is responsible for planning, developing, coordinating, and delivering comprehensive training programs for users of the Agile Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system. This role requires a strong understanding of Agile PLM functionality, adult learning principles, and excellent communication and organizational skills. The ideal candidate will be passionate about empowering users to effectively utilize Agile PLM, driving adoption, and improving overall business processes.
Responsibilities:
- Training Program Development:
- Develop and maintain comprehensive training materials, including user guides, presentations, quick reference guides, and hands-on exercises tailored to different user roles and skill levels.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to identify training needs, develop training content, and ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Design and implement training curriculum that covers all aspects of Agile PLM functionality, including but not limited to: Item Management, Change Management, Bill of Materials (BOM) Management, Document Management, and Workflow Administration.
- Adapt training content based on updates to the Agile PLM system and evolving business processes.
- Training Delivery and Coordination:
- Schedule, coordinate, and deliver training sessions (in-person, virtual, and blended learning) to various user groups.
- Manage training logistics, including room reservations, equipment setup, and participant registration.
- Track training attendance, evaluate training effectiveness through feedback surveys and assessments, and report on training metrics.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to Agile PLM users, answering questions and troubleshooting issues.
- Maintain a training calendar and communicate training schedules to relevant stakeholders.
- Agile PLM System Knowledge and Support:
- Maintain a strong working knowledge of Agile PLM system functionality and best practices.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest Agile PLM releases and enhancements.
- Provide support to users on Agile PLM system navigation, functionality, and troubleshooting.
- Contribute to the development of internal documentation and FAQs to assist users in resolving common issues.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Continuously evaluate and improve training programs based on feedback, performance data, and industry best practices.
- Research and recommend new training methods and technologies to enhance the learning experience.
- Identify opportunities to streamline training processes and improve efficiency.
- Participate in Agile PLM user group meetings and training conferences to stay abreast of industry trends.
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Education, Training & Development, Engineering, Business Administration) or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience (typically 3+ years) developing and delivering training programs, preferably for a PLM system (Agile PLM strongly preferred).
- Strong understanding of Agile PLM functionalities and modules (e.g., Item Management, Change Management, BOM Management, Document Management, Workflow).
- Experience with adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and e-learning development tools.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing business needs.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Agile PLM administration.
- Experience with e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate).
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Industry certifications related to training and development.
Contract Length: 6 Months
Location: Remote: (US Mainland)
Pay Range: $33 - $35 per hour
