By joining our GigSquad, you will be part of a team that values your contribution and offers various paths for growth and development.</p><p></p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul> <li>Respond promptly to gig workers' inquiries and provide accurate and helpful information through our chat support system.</li> <li>Address and resolve gig workers' concerns, issues, or complaints with empathy and professionalism.</li> <li>Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless and efficient chat support experience for gig workers.</li> <li>Stay up-to-date with the features and functionalities of the NoGigiddy platform and our partner staffing apps.</li> <li>Assist gig workers in navigating the NoGigiddy platform and troubleshoot any technical issues they may encounter.</li> <li>Actively promote the benefits and features of NoGigiddy to gig workers to encourage engagement and participation.</li> <li>Document and escalate complex or unresolved queries to the appropriate departments for further assistance.</li> </ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul> <li>Proven experience as a customer support agent or similar role, preferably in the gig economy or staffing industry.</li> <li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely.</li> <li>Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate between multiple chat conversations efficiently.</li> <li>Empathetic and customer-oriented mindset, with a genuine desire to help gig workers succeed.</li> <li>Proficient computer skills, including the ability to navigate software applications and work with chat support tools.</li> <li>Ability to work independently and remotely while maintaining a high level of productivity and focus.</li> <li>Flexibility to work during peak hours, including evenings and weekends, to provide support as needed.</li> </ul>
