<li><strong>Database Maintenance:</strong>

<li>Perform regular database updates, backups, and monitoring.</li>
<li>Review databases for errors or inconsistencies and make necessary corrections.</li>
<li>Maintain and organize digital and paper filing systems.</li>
</ul>

<li><strong>Document Handling:</strong>
<ul>
<li>Create digital documents from paper records or dictation.</li>
<li>Review all documents for accuracy, flagging inconsistencies to supervisors.</li>
<li>Generate and export data reports, spreadsheets, and related documents.</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li><strong>Administrative Support:</strong>
<ul>
<li>Perform clerical duties, including scanning, filing, and printing.</li>
<li>Monitor office supplies and report replenishment needs.</li>
</ul>

<h3><strong>Qualifications</strong></h3>

<li><strong>Education:</strong>

<li>High school diploma or GED.</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li><strong>Experience:</strong>

<li>At least <strong>1 year</strong> of experience in data entry or a similar role.</li>
</ul>

<li><strong>Skills and Abilities:</strong>

<li>Exceptional typing speed and accuracy.</li>
<li>Strong proficiency in <strong>MS Office</strong> and <strong>Google Suite</strong>.</li>
<li>Ability to handle and process high volumes of data accurately.</li>
<li>Good understanding of databases and digital/paper filing systems.</li>
<li>Excellent time-management and multitasking skills.</li>
<li>Attention to detail and ability to focus for extended periods.</li>
<li>Strong verbal and written communication skills.</li>
