What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Precisely screen and verify documents before data entry, adhering to standard operating procedures
- Review and process chain of custody forms, ensuring accuracy of information
- Input missing information from custody forms into the management system
- Enter and manage laboratory results and breath alcohol test outcomes
- Apply electronic stamps to finalized results
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma with some college, medical training, or relevant industry experience
- At least 3 years of data entry experience
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data handling
- Ability to meet or exceed productivity targets
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Associate's degree in a relevant field
- Experience in the drug testing or healthcare industry
- Familiarity with management systems used for data entry
- Previous experience supporting customer service initiatives
