Job Description:
As a Disney Remote Customer Service Representative, you will serve as the first point of contact for guests across Disney platforms—including theme parks, streaming services (Disney+, Hulu, ESPN+), and merchandise. You’ll respond to questions, resolve concerns, and guide customers with empathy, clarity, and the brand integrity that Disney is known for. - Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED; associate degree preferred
- 1+ years of experience in customer service or call center preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in navigating multiple software systems
- Patience, empathy, and a professional attitude when dealing with customers
- Reliable internet and home office setup
- Must reside in the United States and be authorized to work
- Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound customer calls, chats, or emails regarding Disney services
- Resolve issues related to billing, accounts, subscriptions, and ticketing
- Document interactions accurately in customer service platforms
- Escalate complex issues as needed to appropriate internal teams
