The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and committed to maintaining data integrity in a fast-paced environment.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter and update data in company databases and software systems
- Review data for accuracy and completeness; correct any discrepancies
- Maintain digital records and filing systems in accordance with company policies
- Perform regular data quality checks and generate reports as needed
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve data-related issues
- Handle confidential information with a high degree of professionalism and discretion
- Qualifications:
- Proven experience in data entry, administration, or similar clerical roles
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace
- High typing speed with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or higher preferred
- Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with CRM systems, ERP platforms, or database tools
- Understanding of data privacy standards and best practices
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and manage repetitive tasks efficiently
- Compensation:
- Rate: Competitive hourly rate or salary $18–$29/hr
- Hours: Flexible scheduling; availability for full-time or part-time
