Please read before continuing: This position is for a pre-revenue startup. I couldn't figure out how to get Indeed to let me not include a salary. We are in our final stage of development and should be launching in the next 2-3 months. I am looking for people willing and able to help us start, on top of maintaining whatever your current source of income is. I am expecting full time positions to... be available by September at the absolute latest. Until then, I will have no requirements of any kind for how much someone contributes. Once we are full time I'll be starting people at 60k a year, but will increase that to a minimum of 80k as we grow, with profit-sharing down the road. There will also be no schedule, just an expectation of a certain number of models being completed a month. I have a contract for people wanting to join us in our pre-revenue stage, and will be developing a different when we switch to salary employment.```Job Summary```
We are seeking a talented and creative 3D Designer to join our team. As a 3D Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning designs and models using various software programs. Your work will contribute to the people's experience playing fantasy tabletop games.
- ```Responsibilities```
- Create detailed 3D models and designs based on concept art.
- Collaborate with head of design and art to ensure quality models.
- Utilize software programs such as Maya and Zbrush to develop 3D models for printing.
- Conduct any necessary research into reference pieces to ensure realistic and high quality models.
- Collaborate with other designers to brainstorm ideas and improve design processes
- Ensure that all designs meet quality standards and owner specifications
- ```Experience```
- Proven experience as a 3D Designer or similar role
- Proficient in using software programs such as Zbrush and Maya.
- Strong understanding of anatomical design principles.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce accurate representation of concept art
- Ability to receive feedback
- Ability to think creatively
- Ability to manage your own time to meet company needs.
